failure to do hard backup and did not see cloned project in godot after command cloned project

Alrighty... based on screen shots it looks like you cloned the "clean" copy inside the "original" copy.
What I wanted was for you to clone the "clean" copy BESIDE the "original" copy.

So basically what you need to do is change directory OUT of the original copy: cd .. will take you one directory ABOVE/OUTSIDE of the directory you are in.
